Privacy Policy

Ceeniq, an Ordiio Labs product, analyzes images you upload and produces educational cinematography breakdowns. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect only what we need to run the service.

Account information. When you sign in, we store your email address and authentication details through our authentication provider so we can identify your account and secure it.

Images you upload. Images are stored privately so we can run the analysis you requested and let you revisit your reports. Uploads are private by default and are not shown publicly unless you choose to make a report public.

Reports and usage. We store the analyses generated for you, your credit balance, and basic activity needed to operate the product, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Payment information. Purchases are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details; we retain only the record of a completed purchase and the credits granted.

We use your data to provide analyses, maintain your account and credit balance, process payments, display reports you choose to make public, keep the service secure, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information.

To generate a breakdown, the image you submit is sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini) for processing. Analyses are produced by AI and are estimates, not statements of fact. Your image is transmitted only to run the analysis you requested.

If you make a report public, the image and its analysis become viewable on Ceeniq, including the Explore archive, and may be indexed by search engines. You can make a report private again or delete it at any time, though cached or indexed copies may persist for a period outside our control.

We rely on trusted third parties to operate Ceeniq: Supabase for authentication, database, and private storage; Stripe for payments; Google for AI analysis; and our hosting provider for delivery. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services.

We keep your account data, uploads, and reports while your account is active. You can delete individual reports at any time. If you want your account and associated data removed, contact us and we will delete it, except where we are required to retain certain records (for example, payment records) by law.

You can keep uploads private, make public reports private again, and delete reports at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, email support@ceeniq.com.

Ceeniq is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
