Ceeniq, an Ordiio Labs product, analyzes images you upload and produces educational cinematography breakdowns: camera, composition, lighting, color, mood, and practical recreation guidance. Analyses are generated by AI and are estimates, not statements of fact.

You are responsible for the images you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you have the right to submit the image for analysis, and you grant us the limited license needed to store the image privately and run the analysis you requested.

Uploads are private by default. If you choose to make a report public, you additionally grant us the right to display the image and its analysis on Ceeniq (including Explore and search engines) until you make it private again or delete it. Don't publish images you don't have the right to share.

Film frames shown in public breakdowns belong to their respective rights holders and are displayed for purposes of analysis, commentary, and education. If you are a rights holder and believe content on Ceeniq infringes your copyright, email dmca@ordiio.com with the content's URL and a description of the work. We review takedown requests promptly and remove infringing content expeditiously. Repeat infringers lose their accounts.

Credits are prepaid usage units. They never expire and are non-transferable. A feature is only charged when its generation succeeds. Payments are processed by Stripe; purchased credits are non-refundable except where required by law.

No uploading unlawful content, no abusing free tiers through automation, no attempting to extract other users' private data. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
